Practice

You gotta practice! I am covered with bruises but it's worth it. Here is a list of my goals:

 

  1. High Kicks (for toning gluts and hammies)
  2. Core Development (for keepin dat shape!)
  3. Freedom in lower back (get the back strong, minimize pain)
  4. Freedom of shoulders, jaw, neck (FOR BREAK DANCING)
  1. superior leg strength (FOR GETTING DOWN TO THE GROUND!)
  2. knees (SAME)
  3. ankles (SAME)
  1. arm strength (Lord help me...)
  2. push ups (more than 10)
  3. triceps (Lord help me...)
  4. dips (Lord help me...)
